The Guardian of Tradition and Innovation Pietro Intini is the fourth-generation visionary behind Olio Intini, located in the heart of Puglia’s "Terra dei Trulli."
Since taking the reins of the family mill in 1996, Pietro has transformed a nearly century-old tradition into a global benchmark for excellence.
He is renowned for his "heroic" commitment to biodiversity, famously reviving the near-extinct Cima di Mola cultivar and championing indigenous varieties that define the Apulian landscape.
By blending ancestral knowledge with cutting-edge extraction technologies—using four different crushing systems to suit specific harvest conditions—Pietro ensures that every bottle is a precise, scientific expression of the Italian terroir.
